Game Theory for collective intelligence

PAXIS: AI Legal Support

In a world fractured by crisis, disinformation, and engineered division, clarity is not a luxury — it’s a lifeline.

When ICE raids disrupt communities, when war or fire cuts through the grid, when truth is buried under floods of noise — platforms fail.

Media gets confused. Social media distorts and inflames. Governments hesitate. Big tech profits. Resolution never happens. Conflict and misunderstanding becomes incentivized.

But what if intelligence didn’t flow from the top down? What if it rose from the ground up — and spread everywhere at once?

PAXIS: A messaging and content platform designed by Symbiquity’s collective intelligence architecture, simulated by Artificial Intelligence.

PAXIS is community built, owned and operated, independent of big tech and big media---a trusted source of information, response and communication.

PAXIS Is Not Artificial Intelligence. It’s Collective Intelligence.

Phase 1: Private Legal Lifeline (MVP Launch)

What you're funding: A simple, powerful legal support system that can work through WhatsApp — no app downloads, no complicated setup.

How it works: You save a Whats app number to your phone. When you send a short message like “ICE is here” or “police at door,” you get back a real-time, calm, multilingual legal response based on your location and rights.

See how it works: PAXIS has already simulated its collective intelligence simulated on GPT. You can see how this aligned communication works here on GPT. For the prototype, you must have a GPT account that can load the app.

What’s under the hood: A secure back-end system that receives the message and triggers a structured response — a custom-built AI that’s trained on legal rights, not social media data. Hosted on our own cloud server (our own hosted GPU), a customized LLM (Large Language Model processor) that is fully owned and operated by PAXIS and the community.

Multilingual support for Spanish, Haitian Creole, and other key immigrant languages.

“Know Your Rights” scripts stored securely and matched to each message scenario. Designed to work on low-cost phones, with no data logging, no ads, and zero reliance on Google, Amazon, or Microsoft.

Why it matters: Phase 1 gives people a lifeline they can actually use — in the moment they need it most. It’s private, immediate, and 100% aligned with real legal protections.

Phase 2: Trusted Community Broadcast + Misinformation Firewall

What we're funding: PAXIS expands from one-on-one support to community-level alert systems with expanded legal support. It starts sharing verified updates, alerting people to fake documents, scam raids, or false social media warnings.

Trusted community partners (like legal nonprofits and immigration advocates) can send out messages that cut through fear and disinformation while migrants and immigrants have expanded legal access for free.

What’s under the hood: A broadcast layer that that transforms into a content channel which is built on top of our community LLM and server we build in Phase 1.

This platform for immigration and civil rights lawyers--a place where trusted, secured information is filtered without bias---stripped of disinformation and misinformation.

A verified data layer that flags misinformation and helps users know what’s real and what’s not.

Local language support is expanded. So are features like document verification — where users can send in a photo and ask, “Is this real?”

Everything is still private, still hosted on non-commercial servers, and still running Palace OS behind the scenes.

Why it matters: Phase 2 turns PAXIS from a reactive tool into a proactive source of trust. Now it’s not just answering — it’s guiding, warning, and protecting ahead of time.

Phase 3: Full Civic Intelligence Platform

What we're building: PAXIS becomes a fully developed platform for verified public messaging, community coordination, and legal navigation.

This is where it scales into a full public communications utility — offering trusted information not just for immigrants, but for journalists, organizers, and anyone facing civic breakdowns (protests, climate disasters, blackouts).

What’s under the hood: A public-facing interface where journalists, legal partners, and field organizers can coordinate alerts and share verified info. Interactive AI responses that adapt to new scenarios — from ICE raids to natural disasters to police encounters. A community training platform to help local leaders use PAXIS effectively in their own cities.

Scalable infrastructure (hosted independently) to support tens or hundreds of thousands of users at once.

Why it matters: This is where PAXIS becomes a national public good — a replacement for broken platforms that spread fear, and a direct line to truth, rights, and protection.

The PAXIS Promise

PAXIS is more than a platform — it’s a civic promise. Built in the open, accountable to the public, and powered by the people it serves, PAXIS stands for clarity, not control.

Here’s our commitment to you: We promise complete transparency. Every dollar raised, every expense incurred — you’ll know where it goes. Our budget, infrastructure, and vendor relationships will be open to community review, and we will publish regular cost reports so you can track how your support is being put to work.

We promise open access to the process. PAXIS isn’t just something you use — it’s something you can shape. We’re designing an ideation and feedback loop that welcomes all voices, not just the loudest. Everyone who contributes can weigh in on features, language, and design choices. If you’re part of the community, you’re part of the mission.

We promise to remain apolitical — and radically inclusive. PAXIS is not blue or red. It doesn’t choose sides — it builds bridges. Our mission is grounded in the shared civic truths that unite all Americans, regardless of political belief. We are committed to honoring multiple perspectives and building solutions that foster understanding rather than division.

We promise third-party audits — always. Our platform will undergo regular, independent reviews to ensure it remains secure, accountable, and aligned with its mission. From AI behavior to user privacy, nothing will be hidden behind a corporate wall.

We promise true independence. PAXIS will never be owned, controlled, or shaped by Big Tech, political parties, or media conglomerates. We are building an alternative path — one guided by civic values, protected by structure, and accountable to the communities we serve.

Above all, we promise to build consensus — with you. Every step of the way. Every challenge, every feature, every evolution. PAXIS only works if it works for all of us. That’s our promise. And we’ll hold to it.
